For hygienic reasons we DO NOT offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

If your parcel has arrived damaged, please visit the 'Contact Us' page to find out our details. In response, we will be happy to issue a refund or an exchange once the parcel has been returned and inspected by us. We will keep in touch during this whole process.

Please double check your address when completing the shipping form. Any incorrect addresses will not be modified once we have processed your order.
